Beginners
Justjog Didcot beginners' courses are suitable for all people of any ability and over the age of 16. The course aims to provide an opportunity for all to improve their level of fitness by taking part in simple and achievable activity. Whether you are returning to exercise or exercising for the first time the course will help you achieve your goals

Each session lasts for 40 minutes to an hour including a warm-up and cool down and the cost of the ten week course is £20.
The leader is a qualified UK Athletics Jog Leader.
However, for people who have done a little bit of running already and can run for 3 miles, there is a group at Didcot Runners on Tuesday evenings which may be the very thing you are looking for. Please contact us for details.
